NZZ Online

Spoiled Milk makes another quality contribution to Nokia’s Ovi Store. This time, the Swiss news organization NZZ gets the full treatment.

The Challenge

NZZ Online approached Spoiled Milk to realize a mobile application that delivers latest news and articles from the NZZ Online platform covering topics from general news, international and local politics, science, economics, sports, weather and much more.

The application should specifically target Symbian^3-based smartphone devices from Nokia.

Our Solution

Spoiled Milk came up with a unique design for the user interface and a strong concept for making browsing of the articles as easy as possible and optimizing the display of information for reading.

The application has been developed with the Qt Framework and fetches its data through a middleware from the NZZ Online platform. Also, it supports bookmarking of articles, pre-downloading contents, a web-based search interface and more. And it’s free.
