The Android WePlay service offered by Singtel offers a social gaming platform to 480 million subscribers across Asia and Africa. Alongside their extensive Free & Freemium games offering they were looking to bolster their Premium Games offering and partner with an aggregator where they can get a lot of content from once single source. Also a partner that can respond to event drive content requirements such as the Soccer World Cup.
Our experienced licensing team immediately pulled together a selection of content with the appropriate territorial licenses, and our content submissions team implemented a process for adapting to the specific metadata requirements of the SingTel platform.
With hundreds of premium titles already in the submission process the license team then began the process of bespoke content sourcing in order to build out the content offering under each of the guidelines set down by Singtel.
